How To Turn Website Traffic Into Leads

It’s the second step of our marketing funnel: Turning Website Traffic Into Leads. It’s one thing to convince people to visit your website. It’s another to actually turn these visitors into leads. Essentially, turning website traffic into leads means collecting contact details from visitors to your website so that you can continue to contact them once they leave your site, especially if they do not purchase immediately. (Precautionary note: No, you will not bombard them with a million advertisements shouting about your product once you obtain contact information. This is sticky marketing, remember, marketing that pulls your client in with carefully considered collateral that gives them valuable information and truly positions you as an attractive leader in your field, a company with which they will desire to do business.) The tricky part is: how do you collect contact details? These days, it seems that everywhere you turn, someone is attempting to get your contact information—email, phone number, etc. With this onslaught, people are becoming more cautious about where and to whom they hand out their personal information. Your website visitors must have a really compelling reason to give information to you. In exchange for their personal information, what will your [...]

Developing an Advertising Campaign to Pull Ideal Clients

How do you pull in your ideal client? Targeting your ideal client is key to developing concise, effective marketing. Don’t cast your nets too wide; the likelihood of reeling in your ideal customer decreases the larger the audience you target. One-size-fits-all marketing messages are a thing of the past. With the specificity technology can afford marketers, you can figure out who your target audience is, develop a message that speaks directly to them, and design a marketing process that conveys exactly WHAT that person needs to see and hear and HOW it should be presented in order to turn your leads into clients. Identify Your Target Market Define them geographically—what area of the country or the world do they live in? Are they in urban, suburban or even rural environments? Etc. Define them demographically—what kinds of jobs do your clients have? How old are they? What is their earning potential and what are typical spending habits? Define them psychographically—what are their interests, lifestyles, attitudes, values, etc. Write the Message That Speaks to Your Ideal Client What do your ideal clients need? How can you meet their needs, and what is the best way to convince them you’re the one for [...]

What is an Online Marketing Funnel?

We see online marketing as a funnel that will work for you to simplify the lead qualifying process. Instead of shouting down potential customers with loud ads, 3-Keys helps you use technology to pull customers to you with less work. Using our proprietary systems, we position your marketing process to attract a large pool of potential leads, filtering through them until we find you a small group of highly qualified, target leads. 3-Keys does this through a series of steps, or a “funnel”. First, we help direct Traffic to your company website. This is done through a variety of techniques, including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Pay Per Click (PPC) and Local Search pages claimed. Next, turn Traffic into Leads. We’ll help you create and market an Irresistible Free Offer (IFO) to the traffic you’ve gained. Advertise a compelling product like a webinar, whitepaper, CD, how-to-guide, etc. for FREE on your site. Getting the product will require users to provide contact details in exchange for the piece. If your IFO is truly irresistible, you’ll wind up with a lot of new contacts. Finally, we turn Leads into Customers through a nurturing process, drip-feeding them valuable information over a period [...]

Printing Award Winning Children’s Books

In addition to providing design and print services for businesses, we combine our creative skills in design, illustration and printing to help authors bring their stories to life. Working with Sanjay Nambiar of Umiya Publishing, we have created and printed 3 award-winning children's books, with more stories and a new series on the way. Our team of talented artists developed and chose a final design style of vector cartoon characters over a handcrafted watercolor background. A Little Zen for Little Ones™ puts classic and new Zen stories in an accessible context for today’s kids (and adults!). With children as central characters and narratives that reflect modern culture, these stories help us examine our values as our world becomes more complex and confusing. After all, if our children can get a little bit of Zen in their lives, perhaps they’ll grow up to be adults with a little bit of Zen as well. Wouldn’t that be great for all of us? Sanjay Nambiar, A Little Zen Three award winning children's books illustrated, designed and printed by 3-Keys Communications   If you have any questions about developing your own stories, please contact us to help bring your ideas to life.
